Hi. We are Capital Commerce and we are looking for an experienced media buyer to manage and optimize campaigns for our eCommerce clients to help them grow their online sales and make a real impact.

We work with brands from all over the country. The Details

We’re searching for an experienced media buyer/paid social ad specialist to allow us to expand our impact by delivering incredible results across various ad channels, the primary channel being Meta.

This position requires a perfect balance of marketing strategy and implementation abilities, requiring the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Working alongside the Ads Team, the ideal candidate will serve as both strategist and executor, managing multiple ecommerce accounts with monthly budgets of $10,000 – $50,000+. We’re looking for someone who has proven agency experience and is driven to produce results. 

At a high level, some of the things you’d be working on immediately would be…

  • Planning and executing paid social ad campaigns to increase our clients’ revenue and new customer volume
  • Partnering with our creative team to develop high-converting assets based on performance data and consumer behavior trends
  • Acting as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Obsessing over daily and weekly ad performance to identify key opportunities for growth and better results
  • Planning creative audience, creative, and copy tests across multiple accounts
  • Staying updated on Meta platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and effective

Qualifications

At a minimum, you have:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in media buying, specifically with DTC ecommerce businesses. Agency experience preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns while optimizing ROAS and CAC
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using Ads Manager and performance attribution tools (e.g., TripleWhale)
  • Understanding of ecommerce marketing strategies and tactics around offers/ads/copy/sales and how the pieces work together
  • Project management skills; very organized
  • Experience in growing multiple large spending accounts requiring significant optimizations and budgets 
  • Self-motivation and proactivity in identifying and solving problems
  • Excellent client communication skills and the ability to explain ad strategies and data in a clear, confident, and strategic way
  • Experience using Canva for creating simple graphics
