Client Services Director

We are looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their eCommerce goals. In this position, your mission will be to equip small teams of retailers with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed online, driving engagement in our 12-week done-with-you program, and fostering lasting partnerships as they scale their businesses. This role functions as the “glue” between design, development, client’s strategy, and ensuring our clients have an incredible experience and get the results we help clients achieve.

Our company is fully remote, so this position will be as well.

Who We Are

We are Capital Commerce and we equip brick-and-mortar retailers with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to grow their business online. Functionally, this means we design and develop beautiful eCommerce websites for retailers and teach them how to scale, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients going through our services
  • Guide clients in managing their eCommerce operations, including Shopify tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain timely communication and address client inquiries with clarity, patience, and empathy
  • Conduct regular check-ins to align on priorities and offer proactive support
  • Create and refine systems and processes to enhance client workflows and communication
  • Collaborate with the executive team to evolve our program for greater client impact
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications

At a minimum, you (have):

  • 2+ years of experience in client success within an eCommerce agency or agency working in the eCommerce space.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex topics.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Is able to talk face-to-face with clients to align on current priorities and check in on how we can help make them successful while working with us
  • Patience and empathy when assisting clients in navigating new strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in using various software tools and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with our team and contractors to reach goals

Additional Information

This role will be full-time, W2, 100% remote, and includes 401k, health care reimbursement for qualifying plans, 2 weeks of PTO per year, and 1 week of sick leave per year.
